Looking for crew for 2021

I'm in need of crew for this year starting with the Icicle Races in January. I'm looking for good team players who want to have fun on the water and are willing to pitch in, learn (and teach) and work to make the boat move well.
I sail Leopard, a 34' S2 10.3. Nominal crew of 6-7. Symmetrical Spinnaker. I have 3-4 regulars, but am always looking for more, since not everyone can make all the races.
