On the weekend crusie to Freeport May 10 & 11 (1969 document), the crusie chairmans are Dave and Dinah Whitaker. Dave had a sailboat during this time. Dave Whitaker went on to be the Commodore in 1979 and is the original owner of " Tramp". I have talked with him a few time and he has fond memories of GBCA and Tramp. He has owned Tramp twice!
