Crew for Rum Races

I have myself, experienced sailor, male, another friend, also a male, less experienced but we've sailed many races together and a third that's fairly inexperienced although has sat in on a few races with us. We'd be interested in finding a boat to crew on for this summer. The last boat we all raced on, myself for many many years, that owner retired and moved with his boat to the East Coast.
