NOR says

Boats intending to race in a handicap fleet other than GBCA Club Handicap must have delivered a current PHRF-GB rating certificate to the Race Committee or uploaded it to Regatta Network before the conclusion of the competitors briefing.

but there is no way to upload the PHRF-GB certificate.  Since Stinger has race three of the four, why should she have to upload another?

I have checked the phrfgb.com website for the ratings submitted. If I had a question regarding a rating, then I sent that competitor an e-mail. If you did not receive an e-mail we have your certificate or access to it on PHRF-gb

Skippers' meeting is still set for 1900 tonight.

Thanks to all the GBCA volunteers who made this possible.  Doing this much work for 7 boats warrants a bucket load of kudos.

Here is Stinger's Track.  The big hook to port was due to winds from what I infer was a rapidly developing storm.  Winds in the 20-26 knot range with gusts to at least 30.

Bob could you get the skipper's names correct under the results for Tenacious and the PHRF handicap is 195 not 194!
