Cruising Club / SOS Tex

I wonder if it would be possible to incorporate the shorthanded SOS tex rules into the Cruising Club for next year? I'm thinking i might want to do some of the races next year either singlehanded or double handed, there's not a very active SOS class - and even if there was i would much rather race cruising club than phrf.

Thoughts / comments.
