Great job to all the volunteers who keep this rolling successfully, it takes a lot of effort and coordination.

It is great that any on-the-water issues shall be handled in a corinthian manner, promoting a fun, honest event... with that said, I would like to remind everyone to make sure you have a valid PHRF-GB certificate, if required by your class: all except Club Handicap.

If your boat is not listed here: http://www.phrfgb.com/ratings/2016-Certificates, you do not have a 2017 certificate.
