 I know I am a Ludit when it comes to computers, but everytime I try to renew my membership, I get an error message "e-mail in use". May I suggest a printable form, for the computer challenged like myself, or those of us who refuse to have a pay-pal account.

Gary,

You are getting the error message because you are trying to create a new membership instead of renewing. First you need to set up a password. At the upper right of the home page, type in your email and click on "forgot password". You will be emailed instructions to create a password. Once you log on with the new password, go to membership application and read the instructions. There is a link for renewals. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, only a credit card. If you want to pay by check that option is available on the payment page by selecting "manual payment".
