Portofino has many slips available in the inner harbor.  All the slips have been completely reconditioned with new walers and 12 in. cleats.  The clubhouse will be opened by Memorial Day and the dredging will be completed by Fall.  The Summer depths should be 6-7 ft.  40-50 ft. slips are being leased at 8.75 per ft.  These slips became available due to the recent rate increase and are well worth the price.  If anyone is interested, you can call Connie in the leasing office at 281 334-6007.  We've been there for ten years and are quite happy with the place.  The view from the pool area can't be beat!
