Very sad news

For those of you who made not have already heard, Kinky (Tim) Hoepfner passed away on Friday.  There will be a celebration of his life on Thursday May 6 at 6 PM at the Club Classic.  He was an institution at the Classic Cafe, loved by all and will be greatly missed.

This was very sad.  There wasnt a dry eye in the classic last night when Brad announced this.  Kinky was also a sailor on Galveston Bay for many years.  His mother Pokie was one of the founding members of GBCA and was at the commodores ball several years ago.

We will miss you Kinky.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
