Title: Performance Cup Regatta Rescheduled - October 17-18

The only available date in the fall has taken home of the Performance Cup Regatta; October 17-18.

Notice of Race & Regatta Documents are as follows: https://www.regattanetwork.com/event/20174#_home

I have replaced the Notice of Race to hopefully minimize confusion.

Just FYI, I believe this is also the rescheduled date for Keels and Wheels.

Unfortunately so... The other option is to cancel it.
