Title: New Weather Bouy

Does anybody know about the weather bouy  between E and J.  Passed it during the last Rum Race.

We saw that, too.  The chart info shows it as "Texas A&M Lighted Oceanographic Buoy GB1" and also shows a new "GB2" farther south across the ship channel:
