i am hearing a star course

I'm glad to see the cruising and TMCA participants are signing up.  Just wondering where are the so called hard core racers.   Those that would be vying for the Navy Cup or S. Rhoads Fisher Cup.  <<sound of crickets chirping>>  

they will all sign up around 1600hrs 16-may.
why do today what you can put off till tomorrow?
   

my bad.  gbca offshore #2 is 26-september

no.  replaced by gbca offshore series on 23-may and 19-sept

same format as rum races except earlier starts & shorter course.  if i remember first start is usually around 1100hrs?  gbca fleet captain will post the nor & si on the mythical front page in the next week or so is suspect

I managed to misplace (lost maybe) a blue soft shell cooler (possibly with a few Heinekens remaining) & a blue shoe regatta bag with my foul weather gear, boots, harness... at either hyc or lyc this sunday after the turkey day regatta.  has anyone possibly spotted the mentioned articles?  thanks in advance.  appreciate any help in finding my wayward gear.  aj
