Will the 2019 Icicle Series SIs, specifically courses and start times, apply to the 2020 Fall Series?
Sailing Instructions will be posted per the NOR.
But, the Fall Series will mimic the Icicle Series in regards to start times and courses.
Per the Fall Series NOR the Sailing Instructions were not posted in the location stated. You instead put everything under the Sailing Angels Regatta.
Also the start times were change twice from the Icicle start times. Icicle 11:57:26, Angles SI 11:31:10, Angles appendix 1) 11:21:06. It did create confusion.

Yep, you are correct. I know for sure that Airborne and Bad Girl used the later times. Bad Girl started with the 2 class based PHRF 105's
