I for one, will never race under ORC again, but I'm glad most seem to like it.  If I get a J133 I may change my mind.

As you pass or get passed by Stinger, thank Bee for providing the food for the after-party this week.   8)

Also if you sail by them before the start, remind him to turn on RaceQs!

Oh thank you my son.

I think I will avoid passing anyone on Saturday, but please yell at me about turning on raceQS whenever you can.
Bee - you do know you can program your RaceQs to start, right?

As most of you know by now I, am running for Trustee?? This is my stand on the issues!!
First I, will deport all illegals to the Azores, Falklands or Bora Bora. Next I, will ensure a balanced budget by seeing to the proper amount of Rum is consumed at every party. Or beer if you must. If there is food I, will make every effort to see that it is edible.
During board meetings I will make every effort to stay awake or not snore. And I will only be disruptive if the meetings run to long.
Beyond that I can only promise to wear Tye Dye when racing.

VOTE EARLY AND VOTE OFTEN !!

If you guarantee my deportation to Bora Bora, you have my vote.

I think we should rename the Conundrum in his honor, maybe even expand it to include fully crewed boats.

Will there be racing in Trinity Bay?

I don't really care what time we start, one hour doesn't make any difference to me.  It's June racing, it's light air and if the sea breeze is not established by 2:00, it's not coming.  Other than Rum Races we start at 10:00 or 11:00 - I don't see what the big deal is.

Google the archived SIs for 2014.  Course & starts are identical.

French Kiss sank after washing over the jetties.  I suspect that this will create a hazard that would have to be removed ASAP.

So happy to see more than TWICE as many skipper's signed up for this regatta over last year!!!  I did notice Greg Casamayor was racing?!?  Does he meet the age requirements?

I'm 17 this year, my last shot.....

Changing the name will not change who we are.  I will not elaborate on the cost of changing names, as that has been pointed out, but a name change is a zero benefit proposition.  It will not encourage anyone to race anymore or any less.  I believe the tagline "The Place to Race" is self explanatory to anyone otherwise confused by the name.

A very nice guy, had the pleasure of having him at my table during the '07 Commodore's Ball.  His book "Love at First Sight" is a great account of racing in Galveston Bay and a great history of GBCA.
