Wednesday Night Racing / Re: Series 4 Race 3 Results
August 09, 2022, 11:01:47 PM

Mathematically speaking, I would not call two entrants a "majority" or "all".  Not everyone gets synced on the first start.

While we are talking scoring..
I have seen low point , high point., and Cox- Sprague etc. All points scored in individual races.
Are there other examples or precedent for scoring an entire season on total corrected time  (as is prescribed for the spin classes this year)?
.
Thanks for holding the Wednesday night races, Cheers

The SI's state
"Communication with Competitors
Notices to competitors will be posted on the official notice board on the Regatta Network site:
https://www.regattanetwork.com/event/24631"

This is what is in News and notices
"May 03, 2022 09:04
Event site launched on Regatta Network ..."

I found the updated SI's under race documents,  however  It would be helpful if a notice was posted as described.

General Discussion / Re: Seabrook Marina
September 07, 2017, 04:48:48 PM
"Seabrook Marina Dry Storage area (pier P) was  turned into a mud pit during Harvey. They have done a lot to clean this up, but there is still a lot loose dust. Be aware that while driving through that area you will be kicking up dust behind your car. It will just take time for it to wash away with future rains." ::)

It's gonna take a lot of rain to clean that up.......or they could just get after it with a firehose and be done with it.

I would let seabrook management know if you think they should do anything more that wait for it to wash away.
With the slightest amount of moisture we will be tracking that stuff (Crap) right onto our boats.

I suggest postponing until Friday evening on account of the weather forecast for this afternoon.
Dare I say an unofficial TGIF race?
