I can not say enough about Walter or Terry.  Katana was full of scouts also.  As far as recruiting new people I think I have seen a dozen new sailors on both boats.  Not all race but they are out there almost every weekend. There is also a Morgan running out there full of teachers and math students that came from this group.  That is a semi-true story.

Turkey day racing is coming up I hope we have wind this year.  I remember rounding a mark and then going backwards.

We have stayed at the galveston basin several times.  Just call ahead and check in with the fuel dock, they will need a copy of your insurance, and there is pizza place nearby that delivers. Clean bathhouse hot showers.

Usually not full but call ahead

Firewater is getting repaired after the last Rum Race.  We had two drivers ready to race the boat but we do not expect the boat ready for the race. Sorry but we tried.

Hey

If anyone picked up Firewaters' (lifesling?) floating white rectangular canvas bag that was attached to the boat during bay cup 2 there is a rum drink reward for its return.

It was knocked off the boat during the race and we were unable to retrieve it.
Thanks

Could be a new country song.  110 miles southeast of New Orleans on Horn Mountain.  Chris how about a seaplane ride no choppers flying.

Terry

We were told after the announcement.  But we are holding on to the memory of the moment.  We did get second, but we drank the bottle anyway.  I don't think they handed out bottles or trophies yet maybe at the Ball.

Whose bottle did we drink?  Maybe it was the superbowl party.
anyone have some asprin?

Good fun see ya next series.

Good shots scot

Dragons looked good.

Walter dont hit the emergency brake on the last leg again.  That is only for emergencies to avoid a collision.

There was a moment when I thought we were going to get thrown out of the plant and go home.  As of now I will miss Sat again.

True
very true
We had a woman on our boat.  Cindi did very well in the cold weather.

I just couldn't talk mine into going.  And when Walter asked Maralin she just laughed.
we tried mine is not a hard core racer yet, just a fair weather sailor.
