Thanks for all the responses.  When I initially called Seabrook they said 4000 lbs max but I'm glad to hear they are actually rated for 3 tons.  The boat is currently setup for single point lift and I'm trying to get some measurements to see if I'll be able to get enough clearance.

Are any of the local hoists capable of lifting a Farr 30?  The boat weighs ~4500 lbs and draws 7 ft.

Sorry, I know this is the wrong place for this post but it's the only spot I could find that talks about local racing.  I'm trying to find a J22 to purchase for Wednesday Night races and local events.  If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
