Crew Finder / Need to crew in the 2010 HMR for experience so can sail my own boat next year.

I have a lot of experience but not in this area, so need to crew one time.  I would like to skipper my own boat next year after I know how it is done here in this area and will know the waters better.

I have experience racing on lakes.  Have a sailboat that I sail.
Would like all woman crew or will crew for anyone.
