Sea Scout Ship 468 keeps its boats at Lakewood.  http://www.ship468.org/
They meet at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Pearland

Update from the Sea Scouts:

We usually meet every Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 9:30 at the Power Squadron Building at Lakewood.  This would be a great time for anyone to stop by and learn more.
