US Sailing is hosting an online Basic Race Management course. This is a great course to take for running races, but also to understand what really happens behind the scenes and helps one understand why race committees make some of the decisions they make.

While this is an essential step for those interested in pursuing race officer certification, it also provides an overview for learning more about RC operations. Completing the certification test is not required, and this is a great chance for anyone to learn.
