Can't go wrong with J-World. Have courses in Annapolis, San Fran, San Diego, and my favorite Key West. If you are looking for a good basic understanding of boat systems, sailing, navigation, etc then try their bareboat live aboard course. Will get basic keelboat, bareboat, and I think one other cert from US Sailing.
