While perusing Craigslist this afternoon I stumbled across a friend's old boat;

Yup, that's Walter Horton's Dehler "Das Boot."  Some serious Wednesday Night Racing memories for me, right there.

I'm sure Walter's Dehler wasn't the first Dehler named "Das Boot" and there's no reason that it must be the last...

Can you tell me how the boat did racing Wednesday nights? I would like to race mine if I can get the time away from work. Just curious whether their ratings are favorable or not.

He was pretty competitive in the PHRF non-spin fleet.
