Ok Clear Lake Friends - if you need something to do tonight - my friend, Dean Seltzer and his band, The Redneck Mothers, is playing at the Turtle Club.

They've never played there before so a crowd would be awesome.

It's "country fried rock" and Dean is an awesome performer.

Check him out if you are in the neighborhood - aka....you are at the Classic.

Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow night!

Here are some notes of interest:

We will be enjoying passed appetizers during cocktail hour from 6:00 - 7:00.
We will be eating prime rib and/ or fish for dinner  (plus other wonderful things)
Dinner starts at 7 and we'll begin the awards program shortly after everyone is seated.
There will be a lot of rum but also vodka, gin, wine and iced tea.
There will be Coors Light and Shiner Bock.
We don't take credit cards so if you are paying at the door, please bring cash or check.
The food, bar, entertainment and people watching are all included with your $60.  (remember GBCA is a not-for-profit organization)
There will be flip flops and ascots and tuxedos and baseball hats.
The DJ is B MAJOR.
You can still sign up online up until tomorrow at noon.
You DO NOT have to be a member to come to the party!  Everyone is welcome.

Longtime Houston Yacht Club Member Roy Crawford has passed away.  Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 19 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. immediately preceding the funeral service at 5:30 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, which is located at 111 Medical Center Blvd. in Webster.
