Title: The Weather link is fixed on GBCA.org

At least I think I fixed it, go have a look.  The original code that David and Stuart wrote had a PHP version conflict with the new host's newer version of PHP3.  Sorry for the delay folks.

Hey Kevin
Given that everything and everyone uses Regatta Network for race entry, wouldn't it be a neat thing to  have a link to it on our front page?
