When will the NOR be posted?

Other Woman is looking to add one or two experienced crew members from now til the end of summer.  We are sailing a Beneteau Oceanis 400.  Reply via email or call Brantly Minor at 713.225.4568

Other Woman will race Club Handicap with Sail No. 1, however it is only on the jib.  The number 400 appears on the main.

Other Woman registered, or attempted to register, for the series via message to Kevin Box for Race #1.  We were disqualified in that race for not displaying an Orange Flag.  We like to follow the rules, so Little Bit should find me tonight and I will gladly give him his bottle of rum, at least what's left of it!!!

With the Cruising Class having fixed marks, any non-spin has a choice to race the fixed marks course, if they wish.  If you are handicapping the cruising class after each race, it should not matter that PHRF boats join the Cruising Class to avoid the W/L racing.  Besides they may like it and decide that PHRF stuff is not their cup of tea. 

Excluding consideration of the manpower requirement of Race Admin, I think having added the Cruising Class,one should keep the W/L racing in the PHRF-Non spin.  This way you have something for everyone.

My vote: "keep the variety."

What brand name dingy do you have and is it a rigid hull?

Gracias!  I looked only at the Discussion Forum calendar.

The calender does not show when Rum Race # 5 is this year.  Does any one know the date.
