Yesterdays, Houston Chronicle, business section finely spelled out what it takes to get a cruise ship to Bayport for one year. $6.7 million, plus no docking fees and a few extras.
I think it would be a great place for a concert venue, a lot closer then the Woodlands, and it already has parking.

Yeah, but Gary... It's gonna bring millions of dollars to the area!.....I like the concert venue idea though!  Concerts by the Bay!
