I'll attribute it to my advancing years . . . . I've obviously overlooked sending in my PHRF Renewal for 2014. Does anyone know of a way to fast track handling of this renewal, like in fifty hours or so? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

Simple solution: Go to HYC, give Sylvia a check for $30 and she'll hand over your 2014 certificate.
