Title: HYC Offshore
Post by: Bee on May 11, 2014, 08:13:22 PM
WOW.  Only one spin boat finished the reach down the beach?  No spinnaker boats finished the Offshore?  This is amazing.  Why would anyone set the "finish before 1900" for a 58 NM light wind offshore race?  Oh well, glad I stayed home.  Kevin says everyone on board Stinger had a great time.  I am pretty sure they had plenty to drink.  If I had been on board and we ran out of libations there would have been a serious mutiny. On the other hand, I have a feeling the crew of Bleeding Edge has a different perspective.

Wait til next year.w

I never had a drop till after the "finish". Made up for lost time though!

General piece of advice:  Read and remember the S.I.'s, and figure out a shortcut when the time runs out.

Not even a tiny drop?  You disappoint me old POS.  Probably a good idea though.
