If you could output a .ics file I think that would be great.

Is it possible to get a .ics version of the calendar?   I would like to put it in my base calendar.

I would like to preorder one of the GBCA t-shirts but when I add to the cart there is a $12.00 shipping charge.  Is that correct?

Chris:  Just for your info I have a lot of trouble getting down to by 10.  I won't go into details but you can ask Kevin.

I mostly race my J105 so I don't have a lot of knowledge about long distance sailing.  What I would do is go to West Marine or equivalent and tell them what your objectives are and see what they say. You might also talk to either Alex Crowell at Bahama Rigging or Kevin Hayes at Hayes Rigging.  They certainly know a lot about this.  Good luck.

Also the start times were change twice from the Icicle start times. Icicle 11:57:26, Angles SI 11:31:10, Angles appendix 1) 11:21:06. It did create confusion.

Yep, you are correct.  I know for sure that Airborne and Bad Girl used the later times.  Bad Girl started with the 2 class based PHRF 105's

This does not have anything to do with you George, but signing up for the SA's and FS was the most fucked up thing I have tried to do for a while.  In the future, someone with some sense needs to take over this.

Galveston Bay Area Racing / Performance Cup

My current understanding is the the Performance cup Oct 17-18 has been canceled. Yet, I see nothing about this on this site.  If this is the case, please withdraw Stinger form the list of entrants and refund my registration fee.

I can only comment based on my experience at LYC.  I can't tell you about any other  club. I restate my comment "Because they have lawyers."  As far as I can tell there is no other reason so go talk to a lawyer.

That is true but it is on the boat owners to keep that safe.

I really like the SDR course as well (haven't sailed the moon-light-or-not series). Only issue might be that the course crosses the Bayport Channel.

I thought the same thing the first time I did the SDR.  I also believe this will get a lot more boats out.

If we want more boats from HYC to be part of these races the SDR courses are the way to go. These races suppose to be fun and we want participation so why not create a Cruzan course that can integrate HYC as well.
