Given the damage from Hurricane Harvey to Port Aransas, has anyone heard about any plans about the Harvest Moon Regatta.  It is only a month away.

LYC is in the planning stages for an offshore ~120 mile triangle of some sort.  The idea to to have this regatta during the time of the HMR (canceled).  All funds will be donated to PA.

What Bee said, except not quite what I heard.  See this link for the official info http://harvestmoonregatta.com/Click-Here-for-Information-10C1.html?LayoutID=31

Paul, Dwight and their team are working on getting things up and going.  Until then, the info in the link is what I have heard.

I don't think the course is settled at this point but my best guess is a start at Pleasure Pier just like a normal HMR and then a polygon around some marks --- Freeport, Buccaneer, Heald ???

It would be cool if they let the boats decide which way to go around the course, just sayin...
Who wasn't on the vang?

Bee

It me.  I wasn't on the vang.  Hell I can barely move.  Too much fat. :)
