I just completed the LYC Heald and would like to hitch a ride for the HYC Offshore. I noticed only three boats have entered for the race as of 4/18. I have a couple of friends that are interested in participating as well. We can help with the entry fee, with food, or in any way we can if it will make the difference in your doing the race. I have foul weather gear, and an offshore dual tether safety harness so I can move around the deck of the boat in the dark and stay clipped in at all times. My harness is set up with multiple waterproof lights just right so that sails can be adjusted, or checked in the dark without blinding everyone.
