Local J80 in Annapolis NOOD: CONGRATS

As if there was any doubt we have some talented local sailors:  Congrats are on order for David Whelan and Terry Flynn, Mark Foster and Charlie Snyder, they just won the NOOD in Annapolis by a good margin, in a 36 boat J80 fleet. They also won the overall, so when the season is over, they're headed to the BVI's to play on Sunsail 39's...
