  After reading the NOR's, and seeing the times, you realize sunset Dec.4th is 1721 (5:21pm).

I don't follow Gary. I think the only time referenced that would be an issue was the comment on the clubhouse opening at 6(ish) on Saturday for the party. That would imply all boats should be off the water by sunset.
