  Why does the J22's have two different start times? The PHRF is 146.
ORC is 11:40+
PHRF is 11;46+

My bad PHRF for J22 is 174 not 146  loose index finger.

The scale uses the slowest boat on the scale, the Pacific Seacraft 31, PHRF of 219 as the scratch start time of 11:39:32. The rest of the start times are the math based on the ORC differential.

The difference from the rum races is that the scratch time was based on the J22 as the slowest boat's PHRF. The Pacific Seacraft came later.
