Any more information on this weekend?  What time is the start on Saturday?  NOR?  Registration?

Color me interested.

Actually the Conundrum is a Single or Double-handed race, and it is this Sunday.  Links to details can be found on the home page or regatta network.

And OMG its going to be 99 degrees.  Anyone going for 100?

svShearwater

No, I'm referring to races on August 15-16.  That's not that far away.

Hopefully we'll start at 2pm. Rum Race course with an extra windward/leeward sounds pretty good also.
cheers...

It seems hard to register for this event unless you start at this thread.  Is that normal?  When I click on the link on the gbca homepage it just takes me to a screen with no real information.  Same for the link in Upcoming Events.

I checked the link on the homepage and it seems to go to Regatta Network as it should (both Explorer and Firefox). The events page does not take you to the RN page. I tried to figure it out, but it seems to be above my pay grade. I will see if Darin can figure it out.
Thanks!

For what it is worth, I managed to use the links on the homepage this morning to register.

Scott, you are right.  I just didn't scroll down far enough to see the bright neon sign of an announcement.  I was just clicking on the upcoming events link on the right and the Events link at the top.  I feel better.  I'm sure most people are better at scrolling than me and I really want people to register!  Give my wife some competition on Saturday, please.   ;)

OK, I am an old man with very few years of good sailing left.  As one of my crew said, an accident waiting to happen., but

Missing mark, thunder indicating boats are within lightening range, winds with gusts to 30 knots, storms on both sides of the Bay, and the race committee asking boats to withdraw if they cannot verify that they rounded the mark?

Not my idea of great RC work.
