Fellow sailors,
I haven't been to the GBCA website for a long time. So glad to see it's alive and well. I have a trash hauling friend in Houston who took possession of a 60's era C-Scow from a widow who said throw it away! My original thought was I'll take it! But at 20' long and a 9' beam, it just won't fit anywhere on our property. It is on a trailer upside down but out in the weather. Sails are shot, but the hull looks good. Spars need some TLC. See attached photo. I don't know how much $$ my buddy wants, but l do know he would like to be rid of it.
If anyone has an interest in a project boat, please respond and I will forward his contact information to you.
