Some decent crew are still looking for a ride. The interest is there. Where are the boats?

Some very decent boats are not showing up:

Radiance, Rebecca, French Connection, Pole Dancer, Harm's Way, Aeolius, and, although he tried, Hamburgerler.

Oh where oh where have these little J-Boats gone oh where oh where can they be?
