?   The PHRF of Galveston Bay ?Boat of the Year? Trophy will be awarded to the boat with the most points in PHRF races over the course of the year.
?   The PHRF committee each year will select the races that count toward the championship.  For 2013, we have selected 11 races; 3 GBCA, 4 HYC, and 4 LYC.
?   We will score the best 7 races.  If a competitor doesn?t sail 7, he, of course, receives no points for that race but could still win.
?   The scoring system will be a high point system based on the attached grid.
?   We will award a champion in the PHRF Spinnaker Division, and the PHRF Non-Spinnaker Division.
?   Each winner will have their boat name inscribed on our Annual Perpetual Trophy and will receive a keeper trophy.
