The next All Things Marine Roundtable is a special free one-day seminar:

SAFETY IN THE BAY AND BEYOND

February 22 from 10:AM to 4:PM in the Porthole.

Presentations by the distinguished and impressive array of speakers will each be one hour, including time to answer your questions.  Speakers and their topics include:

   Dan Reilly, the Warning Coordination Meteorologist with the National Weather Service Houston/Galveston

   Jack Yoes: Advance Planning for Offshore Sailing

   HYC Commodore Nancy Edmonson and Charles Griffey with special guests Lynn and Tom Hudgins: Safety when Chartering

   Tom Henderson, LaPorte EMT: Emergency Services on the Water

   Dave McMillin: VHF Communication

   Douglas Haberman: AIS

   Bill VanRavensway: Summary and concluding remarks

* Free coffee and donuts starting at 9:30
* Lunch will be available for purchase
* Debriefing at Happy Hour in the bar
