Fish kill?

Anyone know the source of this fish kill here in Seabrook?  Lots of bait fish floating.

The HYC harbor has thousands of little dead fish this morning.

Hauled out at Seabrook Ship Yard yesterday, I didn't see very many dead fish (they were big) but the stench was horrible.

Also saw several dead fish way out in the bay while sailing yesterday.
