2014 Texas Challenge Cup
Hosted by GBCA

The annual yacht club challenge!
Teams from GBCA, LYC, HYC, and TCYC compete in J/22s and Sonars.

Come cheer on your GBCA team, Saturday Nov. 15th.

This year the team consists of:
Chris Morlan
Pedro Gianotti
Gary Thies
Aaron Britain
AJ Taylor
Eric Simonson
Walter Caldwell

Have never done one of these.  How does it work?  Surely you are not going to have 7 people on a 22 or Sonar.

Two different crews. Four on the J22, three on the sonar, or visa versa.  Each club supplies a boat and the crews swap boats between races so no one can claim uneven boats.  Works pretty good and is interesting to watch.

Racing starts at 1000 Saturday.  Come to Skippers Meeting at the GBCA Lounge for SI's and further details.
