Hit and run?

Came out after the Icicle party to find someone had hit my truck, and bent the rear bumper and fender but good.  Maybe a truck or SUV backing up?
I was parked in the first lot on the left, truck facing south, before the intersection.
If anyone has any information, please let me know. If you are responsible, I am reasonable and understand you may not have had anything with which to write a note.

In my opinion, the sentence and laws for hit and run cases should be made very stringent. I have worked for a top Los Angeles DUI attorney and have seen many such instances there as people feel this being the easy route if not caught.
