Gahhh, this is personally so sad for me, not only did my boat abduct me in Annapolis, I've walked past the AYC many times (among other reasons) going to the Annapolis Boat show.  The Amazing Philip Kropf provided this list of links to info about the fire.  It may have started from the Christmas tree.
