I didn't realize that the Coast Guard had to OK having the parade.  One could just have several decorated boats go out for an evening cruise.

I didn't decorate just stirring the pot.

They have rescheduled the boat parade for Saturday, February 13th. I'm not sure if the decorations will be for Christmas or Valentines Day then. The Chamber of Commerce has sent email to those that were registered in December.

Which reminds me, the afternoon of Saturday May 4, 1985 I got to visit with the Karma Police.
They gave me an orange.
