Universal M25

Can anyone recommend a decent mechanic for dockside service on a Universal M25. It's overheating as soon as it comes up to temp. As soon at the gauge starts to move it pegs out. Got coolant under the engine. It's not coming out of the radiator cap but from somewhere else.

Give me a shout.. I had one of these on my Catalina. Had similar issues.. Fixed it myself.
