Looking at the entry form, winning pleasure boats get trophies.  Whoa! What's this?  $10,000 of award money is available for participating shrimp/commercial boats!!  Now THAT'S a good reason to go all out with the decor...

I've already been told hanging a makeshift fishing net off the end of a spinnaker pole and calling yourself a shrimpboat doesn't count...
No word if shrimping a spinnaker in the middle of the parade does count....

Awards or not...some of you need all the help you can get
