Fans of GBCA and sailboat racing:
Do you have artistic flair? Are you a starving artist?
Well, here?s your excuse to break out the beret, absinthe, canvas, brush, paint (MS Paint?) and maybe talk with a funny french accent.  

We?re now accepting submittals for t-shirt/poster art for various upcoming GBCA events.
In particular, we?re looking for artwork that captures the spirit, beauty and elegance of the competition we cherish.  
GBCA events like: the Rum Races, Icicle Series, Texas Race Week, Bank Regatta, Singlehanded/Mixed doubles?  
If possible, keep the resolution around 300 dpi or greater (for t-shirt printing), standard formats like jpeg, and something easily printable on 8 ? x 11 for review.
Maybe you have a new twist on an old favorite logo you've seen in years past?
Bonus points if you utilize the GBCA burgee, Galveston Bay or Texas themes..

No guarantee we?ll use your submittal...and we can?t help you with the starving artist part since sponsorship has all but disappeared.  On the bright side, we can help you if you?re thirsty...and imagine how good you'll feel helping a dot org
