Looking for opportunity to crew/cook/provision during 2010 HMR

I intend to secure a position as crew/cook/provisioner for the 2011 Harvest Moon Regatta.  
I am a 50 year old male.  I am a very good cook.  I have better than average experience with provisioning.
I know engines and electrical systems.  I am very good with hand tools and a voltmeter [which I can provide].
I have been crew on a catalina 32 for 8 race days.  I have some years of powerboat experience. I do not have any night sailing or high seas experience. I cannot think of any thing on a sailboat that I am unwilling or unable to do.  I will follow the orders of the captain.
