Junior Skippers

How much interest is there for GBCA to sponsor, and restart, Junior Skippers?  I will run it if that helps... I feel that we need to have the option out there... I'm sure I can talk Matia into rounding up some interest... the main question would be available boats...  would boat owners be willing to donate their boats?  them present of course, but that would be worked out between them...

I Think that would be a great idea to bring it back.  I remember racing in this event in 1987 on Rowdy. I think Mike Tyer raced on a j29 and won even though he was 35 in 1987!!!!  We used to loan out psyched for the event and had a blast. Usually keep the same crew and just bring in a Jr to skipper it
