Right?  O.P. Rum is the best.  For quality/price ratio, I'm leaning towards Cruzan.  It seems to have a more peppery bite that goes good with Coke.  They recently changed to a nicer looking bottle.  I hope they don't jack the price...

What's your favorite everyday mixing rum for cocktails?

I've got a soft spot for Appleton.  Used to drink it with my Grandmother.   But I've always liked the Cruzan as well.
